Further Debt Reduction

BSG, a leading provider of clearing, settlement, payment and financial risk management solutions to the telecommunications industry, today announces the repayment of $750,000 of its senior debt, under the terms of its Credit Agreement, made on 30 September 2009. Accordingly, at close of business on 30 September 2009, total outstanding senior debt stood at $82.9 million.
