BSG, a leading provider of telecommunications clearing and financial settlement products, Wi-Fi data solutions and verification services, announces that, further to the announcement made on June 30, 2015, the final repayment of $0.5 million of its senior debt was made today. Accordingly, the Company has repaid its term loan in full.
