We are pleased to announce today that Foxtron, under Foxconn Technology Group, and DEPO, a global leader in the auto lighting for automobiles, have signed a letter of intent to form a strategic collaboration to develop EV technologies.

DEPO is officially joining the MIH Alliance, an EV open-platform initiative, and will bring its solid experience of innovative R&D capabilities in auto lighting for automobiles to the platform. The collaboration will result in cost efficiencies towards the R&D process, which will further develop the EV industry in Taiwan.

This agreement builds on the positive reception we have received at the introduction of the MIH Alliance, on October 16, 2020 and garnered interest from over 200 companies.
