BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 198th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Thursday, 23 July 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Islamabad, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Second Quarter (Half Yearly) Accounts of UBL for the period ended 30 June 2015 for declaration of any entitlement.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 14 July 2015 to 23 July 2015 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.
