The Board of Foresight Solar & Infrastructure VCT plc is pleased to declare an interim dividend relating to the year ended 31 March 2020 of 3.0p per share, which will be paid on 22 November 2019. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 7 November 2019 and the record date for payment will be 8 November 2019.
