NAV Announcement

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc announces that the Net Asset Value as at 30 June 2020 was 57.2p per Ordinary Share.

Following payment of the interim dividend of 2.8p per Ordinary Share paid on 28 August 2020, the NAV reduced to 54.4p.
