Allotment of Ordinary Shares

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the offer for subscription for ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) to raise up to £50 million (with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further £30 million) launched on 14 June 2018 (the “Offer”), a further 450,458 Ordinary Shares were issued on 5 June 2019 at issue prices ranging from 67.00p to 71.28p based on a net asset value of 67.0 pence per existing Ordinary Share in relation to applications received and accepted prior to close of the Offer on 12 April 2019.

Application has been made for the admission of the 450,458 Ordinary Shares issued to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc’s market for listed securities.

In total the Company has issued 71,601,830 Ordinary Shares under the Offer. Following this allotment there are now 196,419,691 Ordinary Shares in issue. This announcement updates the information contained in the announcement made by the Company on 12 April 2019 in respect of the total number of Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Offer.
