The Board of Foresight 4 VCT plc is pleased to declare an interim dividend relating to the year ended 31 March 2020 of 2.8p per share, which will be paid on 28 August 2020. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 13 August 2020 and the record date for payment will be 14 August 2020.
