Value and Income Trust plc (the "Company")
The Company announces that it has arranged a five year secured term loan facility of £5 million with Santander UK plc (the Facility) at a five year fixed interest rate of 4% including all fees. The initial drawdown of £3.0 million took place on 27 February 2015. The Facility will be used to fund future property acquisitions.
