Fire at Warehouse

The Board of Creightons reports that there was a fire in an ancillary warehouse at its Potter & Moore factory in Peterborough yesterday, Tuesday 14 December 2010. Whilst the ancillary warehouse was seriously damaged, the factory, main warehouse and offices did not sustain serious damage. The Company has recommenced manufacturing and while it is too early to assess the impact the fire will have on its immediate ability to service its customers, the Company does not anticipate this to be significant.

The Company is reviewing its insurance cover and anticipates that losses will be insured.

The Company will issue a further statement when the impact of the fire is clearer.
