FINANCIAL CALENDAR

Αthens, February 23, 2012 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with paragraphs 4.1.2(b) and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, announces its Financial Calendar, according to which:

1. The Annual General Shareholders Meeting will take place on Thursday, June21, 2012 at OTE headquarters, 99 Kifisias Av., Marousi, Athens.

2. The 2011 Parent Company and consolidated financial statements will be released on Thursday, February 23, 2012 (uploaded on the company's website: http://www.ote.gr/portal/page/portal/InvestorRelation/InvestorRelation and on the Athens Stock Exchange's website) and published in the press the following day.  

3. The Company will hold a conference call with analysts and investors to discuss its full year 2011 financial results, on Thursday, February 23, 2012.

4. The company's Board of Directors will propose no dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2011 at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
