The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. May 22, 2017, inter-alia, approved the audited financial results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2017 and recommended the payment of final dividend @ 27 (Rs. 2.7 per share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company for the FY 2016-17, subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
