Final dividend 2009: confirmation of dividend payment calendar.
As disclosed in the Company's Annual Report for the year to 31 March 2009, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 7 July 2009, a final dividend of 3.2 pence per share is due to be paid to shareholders on 10 July 2009 for shareholders on the register as at the record date of 29 May 2009, the ex-dividend date being 27 May 2009.
