FCTL Platform Controlled Expansion Period

Tricor plc ('Tricor' or 'the Company') today announces the next step in the planned implementation

of the First Carbon Trust Ltd ("FCTL") Environmental Platform.

The FCTL Platform is now moving to a Controlled Expansion Period during which additional Environmental Asset market participants will be permitted access to the Platform and access to its full functionality.

FCTL is actively inviting interested market participants to apply for a Client Account via the website -

www.firstcarbontrust.com 

Access to the Platform shall be subject to detailed due-diligence and at the sole discretion of Tricor plc.

The move to this Controlled Expansion Period follows the completion of the initial testing phase conducted with a pre-approved user group.
