FBD Holdings PLC28 June 2006 FBD HOLDINGS PLC CLARIFICATION PRINCIPAL SHAREHOLDERS IN FBD HOLDINGS PLC (FBD) POST TODAY'S PLACING AND BUY BACK An announcement from FBD Holdings plc (FBD) at 3.00pm today listed thepercentage of shares held by the principal FBD shareholders following thismorning's placing by Farmer Business Developments plc of 4.5 million shares inFBD and the subsequent buy back of 3.8m of these shares by FBD. The post placingand buyback holding of Farmer Business Developments plc is 24.8 per cent of theissued share capital and not 24.6 per cent as stated in the announcement. TheFree Float of shares in FBD is therefore 66.5 per cent and not 66.7 per cent asstated in the announcement.
