Factom Inc SAFE Agreement temporary extension
The Board of AIM-traded FastForward Innovations Limited, trading under the symbol FFWD, ("FastForward", the "Company" or "FFWD"), has agreed to an extension of the terms of its SAFE Agreement with Factom Inc ("Factom") as originally announced on 23 July 2018. We note that the 12 month anniversary of the SAFE Agreement passed on 23rd July 2019 at midnight and the board of FFWD has now agreed a temporary extension with Factom, as permissible under the terms of the SAFE Agreement, until 31st July 2019 in order to allow time for the Company to conclude negotiations on amendments to the permanent terms of the SAFE Agreement. A further announcement will be made in due course.
