Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (the "Company"), a non-cellular company incorporated in Guernsey, is pleased to announce that its Investment Manager's monthly Fact Sheet as at 30 April 2020 is now available on the Company's website at:

Given the heightened uncertainty evolving from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company's Investment Manager will shortly be issuing a Company Update Investor Presentation to provide investors with: i) an update of the position of the Company as at 30 April 2020, ii) a detailed granular review of the positions held by the Company, and iii) detail of the Company's position with regards to dividends, leverage, liquidity and new emerging opportunities in real estate credit markets.

It is intended that the Company Update Investor Presentation will be made available on the Company's website on 15 May 2020.
