External Board Appointment

For immediate release 23 April 2014 EXTERNAL BOARD APPOINTMENT Keller Group plc ("Keller"), the international ground engineering specialist,announces the following external board appointment: Ms Ruth Cairnie will be appointed as a Non-executive Director of AssociatedBritish Foods plc, the international food, ingredients and retail group, witheffect from 1 May 2014. Ms Cairnie has been a Non-executive Director of Keller since 1 June 2010 and isa member of the Nomination and Health, Safety & Environment Committees and isChair of the Remuneration Committee. Ms Cairnie has held a number of senior international roles within Royal DutchShell plc, most recently as Executive Vice President Strategy & Planning. MsCairnie retires from Royal Dutch Shell Plc with effect from the end of April2014.
