Extension of D Share Offer
The directors of Edge Performance VCT plc today announce that the closing date for the Offer which opened on 5 November 2007 to raise up to £25.0 million by the issue of 25.0 million D Shares at a price of £1.00 per share, as set out in the prospectus dated 2 November 2007, has been extended from 3.00pm, 23 May 2008 to 3.00pm, 27 June 2008.
