Exercise of Warrants

The Company announces that, following the exercise of warrants by Ekwienox FX Limited ("Ekwienox") at an exercise price of 5.75p per share, it has issued, conditional on admission, 3,500,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each. Following the issue of these shares, Ekwienox will hold a total of 21,415,637 ordinary shares, equivalent to 72.29 per cent. of the voting share capital of Baydonhill.

Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 5 June 2009. Following the issue of these shares the Company will have 29,623,145 ordinary voting shares in issue.
