Exercise of Warrants

Holding in Company

Landore announces that, following the exercise of share warrants by Taheh Holdings Limited ("Taheh") application has been made for the admission of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") to trading on AIM. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 a.m. on 8 July 2011.

Following admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company's ordinary shares will be 263,210,325.

The exercise of the warrants has raised £450,000 for the Company which will be used to finance exploration and drilling expenditures on the Junior Lake project in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Following the exercise of the warrants, Taheh is now interested in 55,581,667 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 21.12 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
