Exercise of Warrants
On 7 January 2011, warrants in respect of 325 million ordinary shares were exercised at an exercise price of £0.0002 per share. The total number of ordinary shares now in issue is 3,362,883,072. Application will be made for the additional ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to take place on 14 January 2011.
