Kryso Resources plc (`Kryso' or `the Company') AIM: KYS Issue of Shares

Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 200,000 warrants at a price of £0.08 per share. Aggregate funds of £16,000.00 have been received by the Company.

Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 8 September 2010. Following admission there will be 171,979,086 ordinary shares in issue.
