Ireland Group PLC11 September 2007 WH Ireland Group plc (the "Company") Exercise of Share Options The Company has today issued 80,001 new ordinary shares of 5p each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") at 125p per share pursuant to the exercise ofoptions under the Company's share option schemes. Application has been made forthe new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings areexpected to commence on 13 September 2007.
