Exercise of Share Options

The Company has today issued 10,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 70p per share pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's share option schemes. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 11 July 2008.

Following this exercise of options the enlarged issued share capital of the Company is 21,016,591 Ordinary Shares.
