Ukrproduct Group Ltd26 September 2007 Ukrproduct Group Ltd (the "Company") Exercise of options The Company announces that it has issued 300,000 new ordinary shares of 10p eachin the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to certain directors of the Company followingthe exercise of options at 57p per share ("Option Shares"). Application has been made for the Option Shares to be admitted to trading on AIMand dealings are expected to commence on 2 October 2007. Following this shareissue the Company will have a total of 41,514,953 Ordinary Shares in issue.
