Exercise of Share Options
Borders and Southern Petroleum plc ("Borders & Southern" or "the Company") announces that the Company has today issued and allotted 200,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of options at an exercise price of £0.26. Application will be made for these new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 1 February 2012.
The revised total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 428,778,404.
