Lighthouse Group PLC04 January 2008 Lighthouse Group plc ("Lighthouse", "the Company" or "the Group") Exercise of options Lighthouse Group plc announces that 76,692 new ordinary sharesof 1p each (the "New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted followingan exercise of options by certain independent financial advisers pursuant to theLighthouse Adviser Share Option Scheme. As a result the Company now has83,714,530 Ordinary Shares in issue. Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank paripassu with existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM, andadmission is expected to take place at 8:00 a.m. on 9 January 2008.
