Westminster Group Plc ("the Company")

 

Exercise of Options

 

The Company has today issued 24,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of options by an employee. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 24 March 2010.

 

Following the exercise of options, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company is 14,941,071 Ordinary shares.
