Plant Health Care PLC27 September 2006 Plant Health Care plc (the "Company") EXERCISE OF OPTIONS Plant Health Care plc (the "Company") announces that, pursuant to an exercise ofoptions, the Company has allotted and issued credited as fully paid 30,000 newordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "New Shares"). Application has been madefor the New Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected tooccur on 4 October 2006. The New Shares will rank pari passu with the Company'sexisting ordinary shares.
