Exercise of Employee Share Options

The Company announces that on 7 September 2010, 29,491 options were exercised under the Company's EMI scheme over ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Shares") at prices between 32.5 pence and 47.5 pence per Share.

Application has been made for the admission of a total of 29,491 Shares to trading on AIM. The Shares will rank pari passu with existing Shares and it is expected that admission will occur at 8.00 am on 15 September 2010.

Following admission of the 29,491 new Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 55,915,653 Shares.
