Exercise of Options

The Company has made application for 62,500 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, pursuant to an exercise of options of options today. The Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued Shares. Dealings are expected to commence in these Shares on 18th May 2012.

Following Admission, the Company will have 68,804,067 Shares in issue, each having one vote.
