Exercise of options
London, 4th February 2019: NMC Health plc (LSE: NMC), the leading private healthcare operator in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) with international services across 17 countries, announces that on 1st February 2019, Prasanth Manghat (Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director), exercised various nil-cost share options over 158,964 shares, granted to him in 2014, 2015 & 2017 under the Company's Long Term Investment Plans ("LTIP") and Deferred Share Bonus Plans ("DSBP").
Following this transaction, Mr Manghat has an interest over a total of 179,272 shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
