Exercise of Options

Judges Scientific plc has today issued 6,500 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Approved Share Option Scheme. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 6 May 2015.

Following the allotment of these shares, the enlarged issued share capital will be 6,016,211 Ordinary Shares.
