Pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's Savings Related Share Option Scheme, the Company has made application to the London Stock Exchange for 127,104 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on Thursday, 5 March 2009. |
