Exercise of options

Churchill Mining Plc ('Company') announces that application has today been made for the following shares to be admitted to trading on AIM :-

200,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each pursuant to the exercise of options at an exercise price of 12 pence per share.

200,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each pursuant to the exercise of options at an exercise price of 20 pence per share.

100,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each pursuant to the exercise of options at an exercise price of 35 pence per share.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares and application will be made for them to be admitted to trading on AIM.

Following admission, 66,511,800 shares will be in issue.
