Exercise of Options

4 July 2014 ASX Code: RRS and AIM Code: RRL Range Resources ("Range" or "the Company") Exercise of Options Range announces that 70,833,334 Unlisted Options have been exercised intoOrdinary Fully Paid Shares. Following the Option Exercise, the Company's issued ordinary share capital willbe 4,521,201,868 ordinary shares. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New OrdinaryShares, which rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinaryshares, to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on10 July 2014. The above figure of 4,521,201,868 may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, theshare capital of the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and TransparencyRules.
