Exercise of Options

Printing.com plc announces that at a board meeting held on 17 November 2009 it allotted 30,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company to an employee following the exercise of an option under the Company's Share Option Scheme. The shares have been allotted from those held by the Company in Treasury. Following this transaction the Company holds 613,702 shares in Treasury.

The Company's current total voting rights are now 44,379,763 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding the 613,702 shares that are held in Treasury). The issued share capital of the Company consists of 44,993,465 ordinary shares of 1p each.
