Exercise of options 

The Company announces that, following an exercise of options by an employee today under the post-admission Share Option Plan, it has issued and allotted 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 13.25 pence per share.

The Company's issued share capital now consists of 92,883,878 ordinary shares, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

An application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares, which will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM as soon as practicable
