6 September 2005 EXERCISE OF OPTIONS Nelson Resources Limited (the "Company") received notification on September 5,2005 that Nick Zana, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, exercised 1,000,000options in the Company's common shares of USD$0.01 ("Common Shares") at anexercise price of Cdn$0.67 and subsequently sold the shares at a price ofCdn$2.85 on September 2, 2005. Following the transaction, Mr. Zana's interestin the Company totals 19,730,541 remaining options amounting to 2.2 per cent.of the issued shares capital of the Company.The Company also received notification on September 6, 2005 that Peter Luis O.Gross, a non-executive director, exercised 300,000 options in the Company'sCommon Shares at an exercise price of Cdn$1.45 and subsequently sold the sharesaa a price of Cdn$2.75 on September 6, 2005.
