6 July 2007 PLUS Markets Group plc Exercise of options
The Directors of PLUS Markets Group plc ("the Company") (AIM:PMK) announce that, following the exercise of options by a former Director of the Company at 24.125p per share, they have today allotted 800,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company.
Application has been made for the 800,000 new shares to be admitted to AIM, which is expected to take place on 12 July 2007.
