K3 Business Technology Group PLC28 September 2007 K3 BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC ('K3' or 'the Company') Exercise of Option K3 announces that application has been made for the admission of 6,666 newordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") following theexercise of options by an employee under the K3 Business Technology GroupExecutive Share Option Scheme 2000. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passuin all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company. Admission ofthe 6,666 ordinary shares is expected to take place on 4 October 2007.
