Sareum Holdings PLC16 February 2006 SAREUM HOLDINGS PLC ("Sareum" or the "Company") Exercise of put and call option The Company announces that Billam AG has exercised an option to acquire5,000,000 Sareum Ordinary Shares of 0.025p each at a price of 2p per share,pursuant to the Billam AG Put & Call Option described in the Company's AIMadmission document dated 5 October 2004. All options under the Billam AG Put &Call Option have now been exercised. Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 25,000,000Sareum Ordinary Shares, with admission expected to take place on 20 February2006. These shares comprise the 5,000,000 shares referred to above and the20,000,000 shares as announced on 13 February 2006.
