To clarify the notification made 03 November 2011 (4809R), Schroders intention was to inform the market that, despite having voted in support of the acquisition of Evolution Group Plc. by Investec Plc. at the meeting of 28 October 2011, we no longer intend to be bound by any implied commitment to hold the shares given the current volatility of the markets.
