ETP Noteholder Notice - IS & Fee Modifications

THIS NOTICE IS IMPORTANT AND REQUIRES THE IMMEDIATE ATTENTION OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ETP SECURITIES. IF ANY ETP SECURITYHOLDER IS IN ANY DOUBT AS TO THE ACTION THEY SHOULD TAKE, THEY SHOULD CONSULT THEIR OWN INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL ADVISERS IMMEDIATELY

If you have recently sold or otherwise transferred your entire holding(s) of ETP Securities referred to below, you should immediately forward this document to the purchaser or transferee or to the stockbroker, bank or other agent through whom the sale or transfer was effected for transmission to the purchaser or transferee.

Notice to ETP Securityholders of the Series of ETP Securities listed in the Schedule hereto, each as defined therein (each a "Series" and together, the "Relevant Series").

The Issuer hereby gives notice of certain upcoming modifications to the Arranger Fees or Investment Strategies of the Relevant Series, as detailed below.

Description of the Changes Applicable to the LS Commodity Strategies

The maximum Arranger Fee which may be applicable to a LS Commodity Series will be amended. Following the effective date of the changes, the Arranger Fee may be charged daily at a rate that will not exceed 1.5% per annum of the ETP Security Value of the relevant LS Commodity Series. The actual Arranger Fee applicable to a relevant Series shall be disclosed on the website of the Issuer (the "LS Commodity Strategies Change of Arranger Fee").

Description of the Changes Applicable to the Leveraged and Short Exposure Investment Strategies

The maximum Arranger Fee which may be applicable to the LS Leveraged & Short Exposure Series will be amended. Following the effective date of the changes, the Arranger Fee may be charged daily at a rate that will not exceed 1.95% per annum of the ETP Security Value of the relevant LS Leveraged & Short Exposure Series. The actual Arranger Fee applicable to a relevant Series shall be disclosed on the website of the Issuer (the "Leveraged and Short Exposure Change of Arranger Fee").

The investment methodology applicable to the LS Leveraged & Short Exposure Series will also be amended. Following the effective date of the changes, references to eligible exchanges on which futures contracts and options contracts may be traded will be expanded to include the Korean Exchange Inc ("KRX") (and its subsidiaries), in addition to ICE, CME and Euronext Milan (the "Leveraged and Short Exposure Investment Strategy Amendment").

Description of the Changes Applicable to the 5x Long Euro Stoxx 50 Investment Strategy and the -3x Short Euro Stoxx 50 Investment Strategy

The Reference Assets consisting of ETFs applicable to the Long & Short Euro Stoxx 50 Series will be amended. Following the effective date of the changes, the Invesco EURO STOXX 50 UCITS ETF will be added to the list of eligible ETF Reference Assets for the Long & Short Euro Stoxx 50 Series (the "Euro Stoxx 50 Series Investment Strategy Amendment").

Description of the Changes Applicable to the ANDOVA AI Strategy

The Arranger Fee applicable to the Andova Series will be amended. Following the effective date of the changes, the performance-based component of the Arranger Fee, which is charged daily and is equal to 20% of the difference between the value of the ETP Securities and the applicable performance threshold (subject to a minimum of zero), will be amended such that the applicable performance threshold will be the higher of (i) the previous highest value of the ETP Securities and (ii) the hurdle value. The Arranger Fee shall be disclosed on the website of the Issuer (the "Andova Change of Arranger Fee").

Pursuant to the Terms and Conditions, the Arranger may amend the Arranger Fee applicable to a Relevant Series without the consent of the Trustee or the ETP Securityholders of a Relevant Series (an "Arranger Fee Amendment"). The LS Commodity Strategies Change of Arranger Fee, the Leveraged and Short Exposure Change of Arranger Fee and the Andova Change of Arranger Fee constitute an Arranger Fee Amendment.

The Leveraged and Short Exposure Investment Strategy Amendment and the Euro Stoxx 50 Series Investment Strategy Amendment (collectively the "Modifications") fall within the definition of an "Investment Strategy Modification" as defined in the Conditions. The Issuer is permitted to make the Modifications without the consent of the Trustee or the ETP Securityholders of the Relevant Series pursuant to Condition 14.2(B).

The Modifications shall be effective on 5 June 2026. In addition, the Base Prospectus will be updated as soon as practicable to reflect the Modifications and the Arranger Fee Amendment.

Capitalised terms used, but not defined, in this notice shall have the meaning given thereto in the Base Prospectus dated 13 March 2026.
