Etalon Group Acquires New Project in Moscow

 

Etalon Group Limited ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces that it has signed a contract to acquire the rights to a new residential development project in Moscow. 

The land plots to be acquired have a total area of seven hectares, and are located in the Nizhegorodskiy region of the south-eastern administrative district of Moscow near Ryazanskiy Prospect.

The expected NSA of the project is 185 ths sqm, with 113 ths sqm of residential area, 1,700 parking places, a school, and two pre-schools. Etalon Group plans to begin construction and launch sales at the development in 2018, and to deliver it in 2021.

The project is located 10-15 minutes' walking distance from the Nizhegorodskaya metro station, with schools, pre-schools, stores and several shopping malls in close proximity. Central Moscow is a 20-minute car ride from the development.

Since the start of 2016, Etalon Group has acquired the rights to six new projects in Moscow and St. Petersburg, with a total planned NSA of 572 ths sqm.

The Company recorded revenue of RUB 42.4 billion and EBITDA of RUB 7.7 billion for the year ended 31 December 2015.

 

Etalon Group Limited's GDRs have been traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange since 20 April 2011.
