Endeavour Files Registration Statement with SEC

HOUSTON, Oct. 11 -- Endeavour International Corporation announced today that the company has filed a registration statement on Form S-8 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. The purpose of filing is to register shares potentially issuable under the Company's 2010 Incentive Plan approved by shareholders earlier this year.
