HOUSTON, Jan. 11 -- Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE-Amex: END) today announced that the company has filed a Form 8-K with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission that restates 2008 financial reports to present its Norwegian operations as discontinued operations as a result of the sale of Norway assets in May 2009.
