ECB permission on classification of subordinated notes
The company NLB d.d. (hereinafter also: the company) on 5 February 2020 issued subordinated Tier 2 notes in the aggregate amount of EUR 120 million and with ISIN code XS2113139195 (hereinafter also: the subordinated notes). The company hereby announces that on 25 March 2020 obtained permission to include the subordinated notes in the calculation of its Tier 2 capital.
This announcement will be available on the company's website (www.nlb.si) as of 26 March 2020.
