Dubai Financial Group decides to replace its Proxy

Dubai Financial Group decides to replace its proxy on the Board of bank muscat.

Bank Muscat would like to inform the market, that Dubai Financial Group, one of the bank's principal shareholders and a corporate director is replacing Mr. Abdullatif Abdulla Ahmed AlMulla, it's proxy on the Board of Directors of the bank. A replacement proxy for Dubai Financial Group on the Board of Directors will be appointed in due course following board's and regulatory approvals. The bank will inform the market of the new appointment when relevant approvals are in place.
